To address these challenges, TAJPI Tanzania established the Volunteer Support Program, which brings in international volunteers to assist with teaching, extracurricular activities, mentorship, and school improvements. This initiative not only benefits the children but also fosters cultural exchange and global learning experiences for volunteers.
